Smells a little like medicine

I was so excited about my order, my favourite is Sponge cake. However I missed this. So ordered what I thought would be another sweet treat. Unfortunately the wonderfully sweet aroma disappears really quickly and smells like a well known kids pink medicine.

I am sensitive to smells so ordering things I cannot smell can be dicey, however, this was divine, nothing I have had from TreacleMoon has been over powering or too sickly sweet. I have been a fan since discovering the brand in 2019.
